Every September, there are forms that must be updated for each child. We would request that these forms be filled out electronically, these are then submitted to the school automatically. Should you require assistance in filling out the forms, please contact the school office and we will be happy to meet with you and to assist you. The Media/School Website Form and the Appropriate Use of Technology Agreement must be filled out for all students.
